Operation Samen-ol-A’emeh (September 27, 1981)
– 170 square kilometer of Iranian spoil liberated.
– The siege of Abadan (southwestern Iran) broken.
– 74 tanks and personnel carriers, 40 vehicles as well as a huge amount of weapons and equipment seized as spoils of war.
-90 tanks and personnel carriers, 100 vehicles, 3 warplanes and a helicopter belonging to the Iraqi side destroyed.
