The peaceful revolution of the Bahraini people
February 14 marks the Bahraini nation’s uprising against Al-e-Khalifa dynasty, which began with the legitimate demands of the Bahraini people in 2011 and became known as the “Pearl Revolution.”
The Pearl Revolution spread so much that exactly one month later, on March 14 of that year, 1,000 Saudi and 500 Emirati soldiers arrived in Bahrain to suppress the revolutionaries, following Al-e-Khalifa’s help request from the persian Gulf Cooperation Council.
